Gathers information pertaining to the information and records management process as well as records disposal projects.
Uploads information to knowledge repository, databases, and other web tools, ensuring content management protocols are achieved.
Formats and sanitizes presentations and documents for posting in knowledge repository to ensure consistent work products.
Formats and administers online surveys in conformance with best practices and established survey guidelines.
Maintain mailing lists to ensure contact database is accurate.
Creates and maintains organizational charts as directed by the manager, to ensure an accurate view of departmental hierarchies.
Assists with report writing and data analyses, ensuring project timetables and deliverables are met.
Provides administrative support to project team including organizing and filing materials.
