The Sr. Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting the finance organization's month-end close, reporting, and analysis processes. This role owns the assembly of our monthly close package and the loading of financial data into SmartView, working closely with our Insurance/Reinsurance, Premium, and Corporate Finance teams to ensure our numbers are accurate, timely, and audit ready. As this person ramps into the team, there may be opportunities to support additional financial analysis and reporting based on business needs and individual strengths.
This is also a role for someone comfortable using AI tools as part of their daily workflow, we expect this person to actively use Claude and similar tools to build efficiency into reporting, reconciliation, and analysis work, not just to produce it manually.
