Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with 4-7 years of experience in mechanical design and development to support engineering activities for compressor and turbomachinery products and components.
The role involves developing mechanical designs, creating 3D models and drawings, supporting engineering calculations and analysis, and working with global engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and manufacturable designs.




The candidate should have good mechanical engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with Siemens NX, and an interest in developing deeper expertise in compressor/turbomachinery/Gas turbine product design.
Knowledge / Skills, Education & Experience
B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3–6 years of relevant mechanical design experience.
Hands-on experience in mechanical design/development of industrial, rotating equipment, turbomachinery or similar products.
Working experience with Siemens NX for 3D modelling, assemblies and engineering drawings.
Basic working knowledge of Teamcenter or similar PLM tools.
Positive understanding of mechanical design principles, engineering materials and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of GD&T;, fits, tolerances and engineering drawing standards.
Familiarity with welding symbols and manufacturing processes.
