Role Description The Spatial role at Muura is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for planning and designing workspace layouts that integrate furniture, seating solutions, phone booths, and collaborative areas in alignment with client needs and contemporary workplace trends. The Spatial professional will visit client sites, conduct measurements, develop spatial plans, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate installation and optimal space utilization.

Daily tasks include preparing design proposals, visual layouts, and basic technical drawings, supporting art curation and placement within workspaces, and ensuring that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements.



The role also involves collaborating with End clients and project teams, attending client meetings, and providing ongoing support throughout the implementation and post-installation phases.

Extensive travel is needed to Europe largely to visit factories , training and client intereaction during the course .

Qualifications

- Spatial planning and layout design skills, with the ability to optimize seating, privacy, and collaborative zones.
- Proficiency in design or visualization tools (e.g., CAD, SketchUp, or similar software) to create clear floor plans and layouts.
- Experience or strong interest in workspace design, furniture specification, and interior environments.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a practical approach to on-site measurements and implementation.
- Valuable communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, spatial design, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru South, conduct regular client visits, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current workplace trends and an interest in art and cultural integration within corporate spaces is an advantage.
