Channel Partner (CP) Sourcing & Management

Experience: 3–4 Years

Mandatory Requirement: Two-Wheeler required with valid DL

Key Responsibilities

- Network Onboarding & Sourcing: Identify, pitch, and onboard potential real estate Channel Partners, brokers, and wealth managers across targeted territories.
- Relationship Management: Maintain day-to-day engagement with existing CPs, providing them with updated project collateral, inventory details, pricing, and marketing schemes.
- Drive Site Visits & Conversions: Collaborate with partners to bring qualified leads, organize site visits, and push pipeline deals toward closing.
- Training & Enablement: Conduct regular project briefings and product training sessions to keep CPs updated on current offerings and USPs.
- Event & Activation Execution: Coordinate local CP meets, broker networking events, and targeted micro-market activation campaigns.
- Payout & Claim Processing: Facilitate timely reconciliation of brokerage claims, deal approvals, and payout disbursements to maintain solid channel trust.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor channel strategies, commission structures, and broker sentiment across primary micro-markets.
