Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in the Pune Division. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers in the renewable energy sector and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships with plant owners, operators, and partners, provide product demonstrations, and support customer onboarding as needed.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales proposals, coordinating marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics,



and collaborating with technical and operations teams to align messaging with product capabilities. The role also requires ongoing market research, participation in industry events, and regular reporting on pipeline status and opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and professional business correspondence.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship-building.
- Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Experience in Training customers or internal teams on products or solutions.
- Background in renewable energy, industrial technology, or B2B SaaS is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet defined sales targets.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
