Role Description The SOLAR PROJECT HEAD (80MW) will lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale solar power project in Recent Delhi. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing project planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and performance optimization for an 80MW solar installation. The role includes managing project timelines and budgets, supervising cross-functional teams and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

The SOLAR PROJECT HEAD will collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, technical consultants, local authorities, and vendors, to secure approvals, mitigate risks, and drive project success. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring energy output, reviewing technical reports, optimizing plant performance, and preparing regular progress and financial updates for leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, assess project risks, and support decision-making.




- Proficiency in Business Planning for project budgeting, resource allocation, and long-term operational strategies.
- Knowledge of Energy Management practices to optimize generation, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of solar operations.
- Experience in Renewable Energy projects and familiarity with the broader Energy Industry landscape and regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
- Proven experience leading utility-scale solar projects or similar large infrastructure projects.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Competence in project management tools, MS Office, and relevant design or monitoring software.
- Solid understanding of safety standards, grid integration, permitting processes, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated capacity to work on-site, handle field challenges, and coordinate with local stakeholders in New Delhi.
