About The Role The Actimize SME (Subject Matter Expert) role at TCS is a specialized position designed for professionals with deep expertise in financial crime prevention solutions, particularly within the Actimize platform. The successful candidate will serve as a key technical and functional resource, providing guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Actimize applications across AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
The SME will also be responsible for developing and executing regression test suites to validate end-to-end data flows, thereby ensuring the robustness and reliability of the deployed solutions.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial crime compliance and Actimize platform management. Candidates should have a strong understanding of end-to-end workflows within AML, Fraud Detection,
and Compliance domains. Technical proficiency in modules such as SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF, UDM, and IFM is essential.
Certifications like CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are highly desirable. A solid grasp of financial crime regulations, including BSA/AML and OFAC, is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, with experience in customer engagement, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with Actimize Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer, and AIS will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their operational needs related to financial crime prevention.
- Provide expert guidance on the end-to-end flow of Actimize applications within AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains.
- Deep dive into core modules such as SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF, UDM, and IFM to tailor solutions that meet client specifications.
- Develop and maintain regression test suites to ensure comprehensive coverage of data flows across upstream and downstream systems.
- Assist in the design, configuration, and customization of Actimize modules to enhance detection capabilities and compliance adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues,
optimize workflows, and implement best practices.
- Stay updated with evolving financial crime regulations and ensure solutions are compliant with BSA, AML, OFAC, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal stakeholders.
- Support project delivery milestones, ensuring timely and quality implementation of solutions.
