About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actimize Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team at Tata Consultancy Services. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the financial crime compliance domain, specifically in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection, and Regulatory Compliance. As an Actimize SME, you will play a pivotal role in supporting, designing, and implementing solutions that enhance our clients' ability to detect and prevent financial crimes.

Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding complex end-to-end workflows within Actimize applications, providing technical guidance, and ensuring seamless integration across various modules. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge financial crime prevention tools and contribute to safeguarding financial institutions from illicit activities.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in financial crime compliance, with specific expertise in Actimize applications. A strong understanding of AML, Fraud Detection,



and Compliance domains is essential. Candidates should possess deep knowledge of core modules such as Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), Watch List Filtering (WLF), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Integrated Fraud Management (IFM).

Familiarity with Actimize tools like Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer (RCM), and Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS) is required.

Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, technical and functional expertise, and the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. A thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks including BSA, AML, OFAC, and sanctions screening is also necessary.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, providing expert guidance on Actimize solutions within AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains.
- Analyze existing workflows and design end-to-end solutions leveraging Actimize modules such as SAM, RCM, SAR, WLF, UDM, and IFM.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Actimize applications, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
- Develop and maintain regression test suites to validate end-to-end data flow across upstream and downstream systems, ensuring system integrity and robustness.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and client needs.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing to upskill team members and clients on Actimize functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in financial crime prevention technologies.
- Assist in the creation of documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications for Actimize implementations.
