We need a solid Java backend engineer who actually understands data structures, writes clean scalable services, and has hands-on experience with real production-grade systems. If you’ve only done CRUD apps or copy-paste Spring Boot projects, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP-based web services.
- Implement and optimize JPA/Hibernate-based persistence layers.
- Design clean database schemas and write productive queries for PostgreSQL / MySQL.
- Build cloud-ready solutions and deploy services on Microsoft Azure.
- Write automated tests using JUnit, Postman, SOAP UI.
- Apply strong Data Structure & Algorithm fundamentals in problem-solving.
- Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Use Git for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients as needed.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong understanding of DSA (must, not negotiable).

- Database expertise: PostgreSQL / MySQL.
- Cloud experience: Azure (preferred).

- Familiarity with UI basics (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows.
Education
- Degree, Diploma, or Recognized Certificate in Computer Science / IT.
