Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong MERN foundation and a working understanding of AI/LLM integrations. You will design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our SaaS products, participate in architecture discussions, and help integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing and upcoming workflows.

This is a hands-on engineering role — not a management position. If you enjoy building production-grade systems, writing clean APIs, and experimenting with AI tooling, you'll thrive here.

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend

- Build responsive, accessible React.js UIs using functional components and hooks
- Manage application state with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Context
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs; handle loading states, errors, and edge cases gracefully
- Write reusable component libraries; maintain consistent design systems

Backend

- Design and develop Node.js / Express.js REST APIs following RESTful conventions
- Model and query data in MongoDB (aggregations, indexing, schema design)
- Implement authentication and authorization: JWT, OAuth 2.0, role-based access control




- Build multi-tenant data isolation patterns where required
- Write background jobs, cron tasks, and event-driven logic

AI Integration (Basics Required)

- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini) into product workflows
- Build prompt templates, handle streaming responses, and manage token budgets
- Implement basic RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, pgvector)
- Use AI SDKs: LangChain.js, Vercel AI SDK, or equivalent
- Understand concepts: embeddings, context windows, tool/function calling, hallucination handling

DevOps & Quality

- Containerize services with Docker; work with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Write unit and integration tests (Jest, Supertest, React Testing Library)
- Participate in code reviews; follow Git branching and PR conventions
- Monitor and debug production issues using logging and APM tools
