Role Description The Soft Skills Trainer at Orators Academy – CCIP will design and deliver engaging training sessions focused on communication, soft skills, and life skills for diverse learner groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, conducting interactive workshops, facilitating group activities, and providing individualized feedback to learners. The trainer will assess participant needs, create training materials, and track progress to ensure measurable improvement in confidence, presentation abilities,



and interpersonal communication.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring consistent classroom presence, collaboration with the academy team, and active participation in curriculum enhancement and program evaluation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and the ability to conduct impactful workshops and sessions.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development skills, including curriculum design, facilitation, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess Life Skills training capabilities, focusing on confidence building, self-awareness, and professional behavior.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Soft Skills to model effective verbal, non-verbal, and interpersonal interaction.
- Relevant experience as a trainer, coach, or educator in communication or soft skills is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Education, Psychology, HR, or Communication is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse age and background groups.
- Robust empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate learners in a classroom setting.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Pune Division and collaborate effectively with the academy team.
