Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, product highlights, and company updates. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and update the company's WhatsApp Business profile, catalogue, broadcasts, and customer communication.
- Regularly update website content, products, images, banners, and other information.
- Handle basic website SEO and content updates.
- Assist with general administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain basic records, documents, spreadsheets, and databases.




- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed on time.

Requirements

- A graduate or student pursuing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, branding, and business operations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of websites/CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup/business workplace.
- A creative mindset with an eye for content, presentation, and detail.
