Govindani Infotech is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who thinks beyond routine posting.

We are not looking for someone who simply fills a content calendar. We want someone who researches trends, understands audiences, experiments with hooks and formats, uses AI intelligently, studies analytics, and creates content with a clear objective: reach, engagement, leads, brand growth, and viral potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Research trends, competitors, viral formats, hooks, topics and audience behaviour before creating content.
- Plan Reels, posts, carousels, short-form videos and campaign concepts with strong organic growth potential.
- Write compelling hooks, captions, scripts, CTAs and content ideas.
- Track performance including reach, engagement, watch time, retention, shares, saves, followers and conversions.
- Analyse why content performed or failed and continuously improve future content.
- Identify opportunities to turn trends into relevant brand content.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve speed, creativity and productivity.
- Build workflows that reduce repetitive manual work.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors and other team members to execute content quickly.
- Focus on measurable results rather than posting only for the sake of maintaining frequency.





AI & Automation SkillsHands-on experience with AI tools is important for this role, particularly:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Higgsfield
- Other AI content, image, video and research tools
- Social media scheduling and automation tools

We strongly value candidates who naturally ask: “Can this repetitive task be automated?”

rather than repeatedly doing the same task manually.

- Strong understanding of Instagram/Reels and short-form content.
- Ability to identify what makes content shareable and potentially viral.

- Understanding of hooks, storytelling, audience psychology and CTAs.
- Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and workflows.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of social media growth.
