Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow IKW Designs’ presence across social platforms, with a focus on showcasing collections and driving brand engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content (posts, stories, reels), monitoring trends, and optimizing strategies to increase reach and conversions. The role involves collaborating with design, sales, and marketing teams to align social media messaging with product launches, promotions,



and brand initiatives.

The specialist will track performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and execute Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing campaigns across major platforms.
- Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including visuals, copy, and short-form video.
- Solid understanding of Marketing principles, brand positioning, and audience targeting.
- Effective Communication skills for clear messaging and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting.
- Creativity and an eye for fashion trends, especially in women’s apparel and fast-fashion.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred.
