Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves creating and scheduling content, assisting with copywriting and basic graphic or video assets, and ensuring that all posts align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The intern will monitor engagement, track performance metrics,



and compile simple reports to help optimize content strategies.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include researching trends in digital and experiential marketing, contributing ideas for event-related content, and collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to amplify Trzy Innovationz’s online presence.

Qualifications

- Ability to effectively use Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation tools and techniques.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, especially in brand promotion and events.
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills for clear, engaging content and internal collaboration.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics tools.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and an interest in events, film marketing, or experiential brand campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) are an added advantage.
