Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, coordinating with creative teams, creating and curating posts, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on data insights.

The role involves active community management, including responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to align social media efforts with broader digital marketing goals.

Salary upto 6.5LPA

Qualifications

- Strong social media marketing skills, including experience managing brand presence on major platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media optimization (SMO) to drive reach,



engagement, and conversions.
- Ability to develop and implement content strategies aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective client interaction.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to refine campaigns.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
