Role Description As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Ohi, you will manage and grow our presence across key social platforms, with a focus on showcasing Board and engaging our community. On a day-to-day basis, you will plan and create social media content, schedule posts, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns based on analytics. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop digital campaigns, support product launches, and share user stories.

The role includes responding to comments and messages, staying current on social trends, and experimenting with new formats and channels to increase reach and engagement.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in 1-2years experienece Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience running and optimizing campaigns across major platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including planning content calendars and aligning content with brand strategy.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and adapt tone to different audiences and channels.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic data interpretation to guide content and campaign decisions.
- Creativity and a user-focused mindset, with interest in social media, online communities, and emerging digital trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team workplace in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with content design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and short-form video creation is a plus.
