Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern role is an on-site internship based in Kolkata. The intern will support daily social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

Responsibilities include assisting with campaign execution, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and helping maintain a consistent brand voice. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm ideas, track performance metrics,



and suggest improvements based on trends and audience insights. This role offers hands-on experience in a creative environment and exposure to lifestyle and home décor marketing.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including basic copywriting, visual sense, and familiarity with popular platforms.
- Foundational Marketing knowledge, with an interest in brand positioning, audience targeting, and campaign planning.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage online communities professionally.
- Interest in home décor and lifestyle trends, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfort working on-site in Kolkata and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools or platform insights to interpret social media performance is a plus.
