Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram . This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote ALPHA GARMENTS’ products and brand story. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, designing and writing posts, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to community comments and messages.

The specialist will collaborate with design and sales teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches, while ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.



The role also involves staying updated on social media trends and competitors’ activities to refine strategies and improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including experience managing brand profiles on major platforms.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, with the ability to support campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Strong Communication skills, with clear, inclusive, and brand-aligned written and verbal communication.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, prepare basic performance reports, and adjust tactics based on data-driven insights.
- Creativity in visual and written content, with an eye for fashion, trends, and audience preferences.
- Comfort working on-site in Malappuram, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
