About MidgrowMidgrow is a digital growth studio based in Indore, working with businesses across social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, branding, websites, UGC and digital marketing.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Intern to join our onsite team. This role offers hands-on experience working on real client accounts, content campaigns and digital marketing projects.

While the primary focus will be social media marketing, candidates may also get exposure to content creation, UGC, video, graphic design and SEO depending on their skills and interests.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media accounts, primarily Instagram and Facebook.
- Create and maintain social media content calendars for Midgrow and client brands.
- Research social media trends, competitors, audiences and content formats.
- Develop content ideas, hooks, captions, reel concepts and short-form content.
- Assist with publishing and scheduling social media content.
- Support Instagram Reels, Stories and other short-form content.
- Assist with community management and audience engagement.
- Track basic social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Participate in UGC and short-form video shoots when required.
- Assist with creating talking-head, product/service and promotional content.
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, SEO executives and other team members.
- Create basic social media creatives, carousels, stories and thumbnails using Canva.
- Assist with content research and basic copywriting.
- Support competitor research and digital marketing campaigns.
- Depending on skills and performance, assist with basic SEO,



keyword research, Google Business

Eligibility
- Candidates with up to 1 years of relevant experience can apply.




- Candidates must be available for a full-time, onsite internship.
- Candidates must be available to work Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Candidates should be based in Indore or be able to commute regularly to our office.
- Internship duration: 3 months.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
