Role Description The Social Media Manager (Unpaid) will be responsible for managing and growing Grownex’s and clients’ social media presence across platforms. This full-time, in office role in the Greater Hyderabad Area involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, and optimizing channels for engagement and reach. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, collaborating with the creative and strategy teams, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions in a professional and timely manner.

Manager will also stay updated on platform trends, propose new ideas to enhance brand visibility, and support broader digital marketing and branding initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in a high-growth agency environment with exposure to diverse brands and campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage campaigns and grow brand presence.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for explicit, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to work in office full-time in the Greater Hyderabad Area and collaborate effectively within a creative team.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or internships in social media, digital marketing, or branding are an advantage.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
