Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

The Social Media

Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content across multiple platforms for different clients/brands. The role involves developing content calendars, managing social media accounts, coordinating with creative teams, monitoring performance, responding to audiences, and implementing strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility. The candidate will also be responsible for staying updated with social media trends,



platform algorithms, and best practices, while preparing regular performance reports.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Social Media Marketing.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms.
- Experience in content planning, scheduling, and social media campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics, insights, and performance tracking.
- Good understanding of Reach, Impressions, Engagement, Followers, and other social media KPIs.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and social media accounts simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.

Additional Information

This is a 100% on-site role based in Jaipur. Only candidates who are willing to work on-site in Jaipur and have prior Digital Marketing Agency experience should apply. Salary

: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (In-Hand).
