The RoleWe are looking for a Social Media Marketer who understands social media beyond just posting. You should be able to think strategically, create content ideas, understand audiences and help brands grow their digital presence.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives Research trends, competitors and relevant industry content Develop creative content ideas, hooks, captions and campaign concepts Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and other team members Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms Schedule and publish content consistently Monitor social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports Track engagement, reach, growth and other relevant metrics Identify opportunities to improve content and overall social media performance Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates and emerging formats Coordinate with clients for content requirements, approvals and feedback Requirements:



6 months to 2 years of experience in social media marketing/management Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn Good knowledge of content strategy and social media trends Robust communication and copywriting skills Ability to understand different brands, audiences and industries Good organisational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights Experience with Canva and scheduling tools is a plus What We're Looking For?
