Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. In this position, the Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

Responsibilities include managing posting schedules, optimizing content for reach and performance, monitoring online conversations, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The role also involves developing and executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports,



collaborating with internal teams for content ideas, and staying up to date on platform trends and best practices. This will be for the company's growth as well as that of client projects.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and improve multi-platform campaigns.
- Robust Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
- Experience with Content Strategy to plan and organize content calendars and campaign themes.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) and their best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team environment in Coimbatore.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
