At Sollers Branding, we’re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager who knows how to crack organic growth, edit engaging Reels, and handle client strategy end-to-end.

Experience Required: 2–3 years
What you’ll do:
- Strategy & Trends: Research and create a content plan for IG, FB, LinkedIn, X & YouTube.
- Organic Growth & Ads: Master algorithms to boost reach manage basic Meta ad campaigns.
- Content & Editing: Design static images, edit motion-graphic Reels/Shorts (Canva/basic editing), and leverage AI tools.
- Client & Team Coordination: Coordinate with the client and collaborate with the in-house designer.
- Track & Report: Monitor social media analytics weekly/monthly to see what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can improve.
Key Results Expected
- Steady growth in organic followers.
- Higher engagement rates (likes, comments, shares, and saves).
- Consistent, high-quality content delivery.
