What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other relevant platforms.
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand and editorial goals.
- Create and manage engaging posts, campaigns, reels and other social formats.
- Track trends, conversations and emerging content formats.
- Work closely with the content, design and editorial teams.
- Monitor analytics and translate insights into better content performance.
- Manage community engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Support campaigns, launches and special editorial initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on social media experience.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and content formats.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong sense of what makes content click, connect and get shared.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content priorities.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with media, startups, business, technology or editorial brands is a plus.
