Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Manager role based in Gujarat, India.

The Social Media

Manager will plan and execute social media strategies across platforms, manage content calendars, and ensure brand consistency in all digital communications. The role involves creating and writing engaging posts, coordinating visual assets with designers, and optimizing content for reach, engagement, and conversions.

Manager will monitor performance metrics, run social media campaigns,



and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social activities with broader business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities also include community management, responding to comments and messages, and staying current with platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning and platform management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to develop, schedule, and refine social media content based on goals and audience insights.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to improve visibility, engagement, and performance through data-driven adjustments.
- Additional qualifications such as experience with analytics tools, knowledge of paid social advertising, and familiarity with B2B or technology-focused brands are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, and prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role are preferred.
