About Just Homestay

Just Homestay is a growing vacation rental and homestay booking company offering premium villas, homestays and holiday homes across popular destinations in India.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take complete ownership of our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the monthly social media strategy and content calendar.
- Plan content around properties, destinations, travel ideas, offers, campaigns, festivals and brand communication.
- Manage the complete publishing schedule across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Create and/or oversee Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts, YouTube Shorts and other social media content.
- Edit short-form videos and create graphics using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar.
- Maintain consistent Just Homestay brand guidelines, including fonts, colours, logo usage, visual style and tone of communication.
- Adapt content appropriately for each platform instead of simply reposting the same content everywhere.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity and recent content formats and convert relevant trends into content ideas.
- Manage comments, messages and basic community engagement.
- Track social media performance including reach, views, engagement, follower growth and content performance.
- Identify high-performing content and use insights to improve the content strategy.
- Maintain an organised content library and ensure content is created and published on schedule.
- Coordinate with the internal team for property information, photos, videos, offers and campaigns.
- Take ownership of the overall quality and consistency of Just Homestay's social media presence.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience.
- Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook,



YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and Carousels.
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills.
- Experience with Canva and at least one professional video/design editing tool.
- Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms and content formats.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Good written communication and caption-writing skills.
- Ability to independently plan, create, schedule and publish content.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong portfolio of previous social media work is required.

Working Conditions
- 6 days per week
- 1 weekly off as per company schedule
- On-site role in Dehradun
- Occasional weekend/holiday work may be required for campaigns and important content

Salary ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and portfolio.
