We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager who understands content, trends, audience psychology, influencer collaborations, and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage day-to-day social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook & other platforms
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams for daily content execution
- Manage influencer collaborations, outreach, coordination, and campaign execution
- Build engaging content calendars aligned with brand positioning and growth goals
- Understand trends, reels, hooks, storytelling, and viral content formats
- Track engagement, growth metrics, and campaign performance
- Work closely with founders, doctors, and marketing teams for content ideation




- Ensure timely publishing, approvals, and platform management

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in social media/content marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth, reels, influencer marketing, and content strategy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and fast-paced execution cycles
- Basic understanding of Meta insights, social analytics, and content performance
- Healthcare industry understanding is a plus
