Role Description This is a part-time, remote Social Media Manager role.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across multiple social platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.

Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, monitoring comments and messages, and responding in a professional and timely manner. The role involves optimizing social media profiles and posts (SMO), analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve reach and conversions.

Qualifications

- Robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written communication and the ability to engage diverse online audiences.
- Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy that aligns with marketing objectives and target audience needs.
- Solid Writing skills for creating compelling posts, captions, and short-form content tailored to each platform.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Experience with digital advertising (e.g., boosted posts, social ads) is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent practical experience.
