Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Manager will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, respond to comments and messages, and ensure consistent brand voice and visuals.



The position includes collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches, as well as identifying trends and opportunities to grow the online community.

Manager will also oversee social media optimization efforts, manage basic online reputation, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills.
- Candidates should possess experience in Content Strategy and planning for social platforms.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking for social media campaigns.
- Relevant experience managing brand social media accounts in B2C or mobility/consumer services is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple platforms and campaigns.
- Knowledge of Indian digital trends, visual content best practices, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is an advantage.
