Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to promote AR GLOBAL HUB’s services and engage prospective students and partners. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring analytics, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Manager will collaborate with counseling and marketing teams to develop campaigns aligned with student recruitment goals and brand guidelines. The role also involves staying informed about social media trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continually improve online presence.

Qualifications

- Robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across major platforms.
- Clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for creating engaging posts, captions, and messages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and community building.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, audience insights, and performance reporting to guide data-informed decisions.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience managing social media for an education, consultancy, or service-based organization is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
