Role Description The Social Media Management Intern will support Zeba Pro’s online presence across major social platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in content planning, drafting captions and visual briefs, engaging with followers through comments and messages, and tracking basic performance metrics for campaigns. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, repurpose existing content,



and help ensure timely updates about product features and company initiatives.

This is a remote internship role that offers exposure to HR tech, digital marketing, and social media strategy.

Qualifications

- Ability to create and curate social media content, including writing clear captions and suggesting visuals.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter) and their best practices.
- Interest in digital marketing, brand-building, and audience engagement.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with easy analytics or reporting tools is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for HR technology and willingness to learn about HRMS and payroll solutions
