ROLE SUMMARY

Runs the organisations social presence end-to-end, auditing platforms, building content calendars, publishing in the right voice per channel, responding to crises within institutional approval chains, and reporting on what worked.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Platform audit strategy: observe handles, prepare strategy, and justify platform priority and a 30-day content mix.
- Content calendar: build 7-day calendars spanning X threads, Instagram (static + reel), LinkedIn and Hindi posts with platform-specific captions and visual direction.
- Crisis response: draft calm, non-defensive social media responses.




- Analytics reporting: interpret performance data, explain declines plausibly, and write an analysis Voice discipline: hold the brand voice across every platform and format.

SKILLS ELIGIBILITY

Minimum 2-3+ years of experience.

Hands-on knowledge of X, Instagram and LinkedIn norms and formats.

Ability to differentiate tone and length by platform, not one message everywhere.

Calm, factual instincts under crisis conditions and awareness of approval chains.

Comfort reading analytics and turning them into actionable recommendations.
