This role is strictly for candidates based in Kerala.
Project43 is a marketing and content agency working with brands, SMEs and individuals across India and the Gulf. We build campaigns that are memorable and measurable. We're hiring our first in-house social media executive.
This is a remote role. You work from wherever you're based in Kerala. You will travel to client locations for shoots, typically a few days a month, and travel is covered.
What you'll do
- Own monthly content calendars for 3 to 5 client accounts
- Travel to client sites across Kerala to shoot short-form video: reels, interviews, product, behind-the-scenes
- Edit and publish, with captions, hooks and platform-native formatting
- Schedule, post and monitor across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Track basic performance and report what worked and what didn't
What we need
- 1 to 2 years hands-on social media or content production experience
- A portfolio of reels you both shot and edited, not just edited
- Based in Kerala, and willingness to travel for shoots
- Comfortable shooting in real-world settings: client offices, retail floors, events
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci
- Ability to write clean captions in English and Malayalam
- Reliable internet and a machine that can handle video editing
- Valid passport, or willingness to obtain one
- Self-managing. Remote means nobody is checking your screen, so you need to hit deadlines without being chased
Nice to have
- Basic motion graphics, Canva or After Effects
- Experience with Meta Business Suite
