About the RoleWe're looking for a Social Media & Growth Strategist to manage social media accounts for multiple clients, drive lead generation through organic and paid strategies, and create engaging content tailored to each client's brand voice. This is a full-time, office-based role in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) for multiple client brands

- Plan, write, and schedule content calendars aligned with each client's goals and tone of voice
- Generate leads through organic content strategies, targeted campaigns, and community engagement
- Write compelling copy for posts, captions, ad creatives, and campaign content
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads generated) and optimize strategy accordingly
- Coordinate with design/creative teams for visual content
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across social channels
- Manage client communication regarding content approvals and campaign updates
- Respond to comments/DMs and manage community engagement for client pages





Requirements• 1–4 years of experience in social media management/content writing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong written English with the ability to adapt tone across different brands
- Working knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
- Understanding of lead generation tactics on social platforms
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Robust creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh content ideas, hooks, and campaign angles
- A curious, trend-spotting mindset — quick to identify what's working on social and adapt it for clients
- Comfort with brainstorming and pitching creative concepts, not just executing briefs
- Willingness to work full-time from the Bangalore office

Good to Have• Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Basic design skills (Canva) for quick content mockups
- Prior client-facing/agency background
