Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Social Media Content Creator. The intern will create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to promote Digistall’s mission and services. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, designing simple visual assets, assisting with basic video or reel creation, and ensuring content is adapted to platform-specific formats and audiences.

The role also involves monitoring engagement, responding to comments where appropriate, supporting community-building efforts, and gathering insights to improve content performance.



The intern will collaborate with the marketing or outreach team, follow brand guidelines, and help highlight stories from rural entrepreneurs using Digistall’s platform.

Qualifications

- Ability to create clear, engaging social media copy and captions tailored to different platforms.
- Basic skills in visual content creation (e.g., simple graphics, image editing, or basic video editing).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn) and their content formats.
- Interest in e-commerce, rural development, or technology access for underserved communities.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet posting schedules and deadlines.
- Comfort working remotely, collaborating online, and receiving feedback to refine content.
- Positive written communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
