Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content aligned with the company’s brand, services, and campaigns. Daily tasks include developing post concepts, writing captions, coordinating visual assets, scheduling posts, and monitoring platform activity across channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,



and other relevant platforms.

The person in this role will respond to comments and messages, track basic performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support insurance and financial services promotions.

The Social Media Content

Creator will also stay updated on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve audience engagement and brand vi sibility.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing clear, engaging captions and developing platform-specific content.
- Ability to plan and execute basic social media strategies, including content calendars, post scheduling, and audience engagement initiatives.
- Experience with visual storytelling and collaboration with designers or use of simple design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) to create post-ready assets.
- Comfort with tracking and interpreting fundamental social media metrics (reach, engagement, followers) to inform content improvements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Interest in or exposure to insurance, finance, or related service industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
