Job Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content (video and static) for social media, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms
- Bring the brand's story to life through creative, narrative-driven content that builds an emotional connection with the audience
- Create product-focused content including reels, demos,



and lifestyle shots that go beyond the product to tell a story
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and content copy aligned with brand voice and storytelling style
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, offers, and promotions
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform best practices (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing across channels
- Track content performance and iterate based on engagement and conversion data

Who we're looking for

- 0–3 years of experience in content creation or social media
- Hands-on skills in shooting and editing (mobile or camera; Reels/CapCut/Premiere Pro or similar)
- Strong sense of narrative and visual storytelling, with an eye for brand aesthetics
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Experience in baking, or knowledge of baking, is a plus
