ABOUT THE ROLE

Denmonk is looking for a creative and trend-focused Content Creator who understands what makes people stop scrolling.

We need someone who understands Instagram Reels, viral hooks, D2C content and social media trends and can turn ideas into engaging content from start to finish.

This is a hands-on content creation role. The candidate should be comfortable coming up with ideas, writing hooks and scripts, shooting content independently and coordinating with the editing and marketing team to create high-performing content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CONTENT CREATION AND REEL SHOOTS

Shoot engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos for Denmonk.

Shoot content independently using a smartphone or camera.

Create product videos, model shoots, BTS content, office and factory content, trend-based videos and promotional content.

Understand basic framing, lighting, camera angles and visual storytelling.

Create content specifically for a fashion and sportswear D2C audience.

Direct models and products during basic content shoots.

Be comfortable appearing in content whenever required.

VIRAL REEL IDEAS AND HOOKS

Regularly research trending Reels, audios, formats and content styles.

Come up with fresh and original Reel ideas for Denmonk.

Create strong scroll-stopping hooks for the first few seconds of every video.

Adapt relevant viral trends according to the Denmonk brand.

Generate ideas for POV content, relatable content, storytelling, product videos, problem-solution videos, BTS, UGC-style videos and promotional content.

Understand what makes content shareable,



relatable and engaging.

SCRIPTWRITING

Write short and engaging scripts for Instagram Reels and other social media videos.

Develop strong opening hooks.

Create scripts around products, offers, trends, customer problems and product USPs.

Write clear CTAs according to the objective of the content.

Convert simple product features into interesting social media concepts.

SOCIAL MEDIA KNOWLEDGE The candidate should have good knowledge of:

CONTENT PLANNING

Plan weekly and monthly content ideas.

Maintain a regular pipeline of Reel concepts.

Prepare scripts and basic shot lists before shoots.

Plan content around recent product launches, bestsellers, offers, seasonal campaigns and trends.

Coordinate with models, video editors, designers and the digital marketing team.

Ensure regular and consistent content production.

PRODUCT-FOCUSED CONTENT The candidate should understand how to present fashion and sportswear products attractively on camera.

Content will include products such as:

T-Shirts





Polos

Trackpants

Shorts

Vests

Activewear

Sportswear

New Collections The creator should know how to visually highlight product fit, fabric, comfort, movement, styling, details and USPs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1-2 years of experience in Content Creation or Social Media.

Experience with D2C, Fashion, Lifestyle, Fitness or Consumer Brands is preferred.

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.

Ability to shoot content independently.

Strong understanding of viral hooks and current trends.

Good scriptwriting and storytelling skills.

Ability to consistently come up with fresh content ideas.

Basic video editing knowledge will be an advantage.

Comfortable working with models and products.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to execute ideas quickly.

Must stay updated with changing social media trends.

WHO WILL FIT THIS ROLE?

We are not looking for someone who only uploads posts and Reels.

We need someone who can identify a trend, think about how Denmonk can use it, create the concept, write the hook, plan the shoot and execute the content.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, trend-focused and comfortable experimenting with new content formats.
