Responsibilities
Plan and execute product & lifestyle shoots.
Create Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
Develop creative concepts, hooks, references and shot ideas.
Collaborate with the marketing, design and editing teams.
Assist with on-camera content/model coordination when required.
Research trends, competitors, formats and viral content.
Develop fresh content ideas and maintain an idea bank.
Create basic scripts, hooks and storyboards for upcoming shoots.
Plan concepts and references for the next office shoot days.
Requirements
Strong creative and ideation skills.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels & short-form content.
Knowledge of video shooting, framing, lighting and composition.
Trend-aware and proactive.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Beauty/cosmetics content experience is a plus.
