Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Bhubaneswar.

The Social Media Content

Creator is responsible for planning, producing, and publishing content across social platforms to support clients’ branding and growth objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating visually engaging posts and short-form videos, writing captions and copy tailored to different platforms, and maintaining a consistent brand voice for multiple clients. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and account managers to align content with campaign goals, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting data-driven improvements.

Creator also stays up to date on trends,



platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, image-based posts, and platform-specific formatting (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms).
- Ability to plan and execute social media calendars, with skills in basic content strategy, campaign planning, and aligning content with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Proficiency in copywriting for social media, including writing clear, engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs, and adapting tone and style for different audiences.
- Basic design and editing skills using common tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent) to create and refine visual assets and social media creatives.
- Comfort with analytics tools provided by social platforms; ability to interpret performance data and optimize content based on insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, branding, and growth-focused content; prior experience in an agency or startup environment is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, design, or a related field is preferred, but strong portfolios and practical experience are equally valued.
