Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing short-form videos and graphics, writing compelling captions, and managing posts and stories that highlight product benefits and the brand’s sustainability mission. The role involves monitoring social media trends, interacting with the online community, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize future content.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Ability to create and execute social media content strategies, including planning campaigns and maintaining content calendars.
- Strong skills in short-form content creation, including video, reels, stories, and basic graphic design for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Proficient copywriting skills for captions, posts, and social ads, with attention to brand voice and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic data interpretation to track performance and optimize content.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including brand awareness, engagement, and community building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in sustainability, conscious living, or consumer brands; prior experience in FMCG, D2C, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
