Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Social Media & AI Video Maker Executive/Specialist role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, creating engaging social media content, and producing short-form AI-assisted videos aligned with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include researching trends, developing content calendars, scripting and editing video content, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement.

The specialist collaborates with marketing and design teams, analyzes performance metrics,



and continually refines content to support brand positioning in the luxury and lifestyle space.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including ideation, copywriting, and visual storytelling tailored to luxury audiences.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey brand messages clearly and professionally.
- Experience using AI tools and video editing software to create short-form and social-first video content (e.g., Reels, Shorts, stories).
- Ability to interpret analytics, track KPIs, and adjust content strategies based on performance data.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a hybrid work setting.
- Previous experience in media, luxury brands, or lifestyle marketing is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
