Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at interior project sites. This position includes coordinating with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
The Site
Supervisor will monitor progress, manage site workforce, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and daily work reports. The role involves inspecting completed work, addressing site issues,
and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Supervisor will also support client visits at the site, provide status updates, and help ensure timely handover of completed spaces.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in site supervision, team coordination, and day-to-day project monitoring.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading technical drawings, understanding interior fit-out details, and implementing design specifications on-site.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic project planning, time management, and tracking of materials and labor usage.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality and safety oversight, including adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in interior projects, construction, or fit-out works is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment is required.
