Role Description The Site Head is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at designated project sites. This role includes managing site performance, coordinating with developers, contractors, and internal teams, and ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The Site

Head will monitor progress, resolve in office issues, support sales and marketing activities related to the site, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.



The role also involves reporting key updates to leadership, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to drive successful project completion.

Qualifications

- Strong project and site management skills, including planning, coordination, and oversight of real estate development activities.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with developers, contractors, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of real estate operations, including sales processes, marketing coordination, and customer relationship management at the site level.
- Familiarity with financial aspects of projects, such as budgeting, cost monitoring, and basic understanding of capital and resource allocation.
- Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards related to real estate projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; comfort with using digital and technology-enabled systems for reporting and tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; relevant experience in site leadership or project management in real estate is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams on-site, foster an inclusive work environment, and work full time in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
