About the RoleBajrang Art Studio is looking for a Site Execution & Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate on-ground execution for exhibitions, events, conferences and branding projects.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at different venues across Delhi NCR and handling multiple teams, vendors and site activities to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise on-site teams including welders, fabricators, flex-pasting teams, installers and helpers.
- Coordinate complete loading, transportation, unloading and movement of branding material from factory to project site.
- Coordinate with clients regarding branding placement, artwork status, measurements and execution requirements.
- Coordinate with exhibition venues and organisers regarding entry, installation timings, permissions, loading/unloading and site requirements.
- Ensure branding material is installed according to approved artwork, measurements and placement plans.
- Monitor the quality and finishing of work at the site.
- Allocate work to different teams and ensure manpower is utilised efficiently.
- Track site progress and report updates, issues and requirements to management.
- Handle last-minute site requirements and coordinate with the relevant teams for quick resolution.
- Ensure materials, tools and manpower reach the site on time.




- Coordinate dismantling and return of materials after completion of the event.
- Maintain proper coordination between factory, transporters, site teams, clients and venue authorities.
- Be available to travel to different exhibition and event venues as required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, event execution, exhibition, branding, fabrication, interior execution or similar work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Practical understanding of fabrication, printing, branding installation and site execution will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage labour and multiple teams.
- Must be comfortable with field work and travelling to different project locations.
- Should be responsible, punctual and capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps and sharing photos/videos for site reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
