Role Description The Site Execution Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing and coordinating interior project execution at client locations. This position manages day-to-day site activities, including monitoring construction and installation work, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and maintaining quality, safety, and timelines. The role involves collaborating with designers, contractors, and vendors, resolving on-site technical issues, and providing regular progress updates and reports.

Engineer also inspects materials and workmanship, verifies structural and civil engineering requirements where applicable, and supports smooth handover of completed spaces to clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong in office supervision and site management skills.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure work meets design, safety, and performance standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to interior and construction execution.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in site execution for interiors or construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical specifications, and proficiency with basic project documentation and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced project environments.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, material standards, and vendor coordination; experience in residential interior projects is an advantage.
