About Adzzat

Adzzat is India's platform for paid AI-training work. Doctors, lawyers, engineers and other professionals use us to get paid for reviewing and training AI models — real expert work, done remotely, on their own schedule. We went from zero to 10,000+ users in under six months without spending on ads. Content did that.

Which is why this role matters more here than it would at an agency. We're not hiring an editor to make our brand look nice. We're hiring an editor because short-form video is how we reach the next 10,000 people who don't yet know this kind of work exists.

The role

You'll cut 15–20 vertical videos a week — Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts — for the Adzzat company page and for our founders' personal accounts. You'll work in-office in Bandra West alongside the people writing the scripts, which means fast feedback and no long email chains.

What you'll do

- Turn raw footage and screen recordings into finished, captioned, sound-designed vertical videos
- Build 3–4 different hook variations of the same video so we can test which opening actually holds attention past 3 seconds
- Work from written scripts and briefs, and hit same-day turnarounds when a trend window is open
- Use AI video tools (HiggsField and others we provide) to generate B-roll and visuals — we'd rather you spend your time on the cut than hunting stock footage
- Keep a clean, organised project and asset library

What you need

- 1–3 years editing short-form vertical content — professionally, for a creator, or for your own account that got traction




- Solid in Premiere Pro (or DaVinci / Final Cut at an equivalent level)
- Real sense of pacing. You know when a cut is one beat too slow, and you cut it
- Clean caption work — timing, placement, readability on a phone held at arm's length
- Sound design instinct: music choice, SFX, audio levelling
- You take blunt feedback well and turn revisions around quick
- Based in Mumbai, or ready to be — this is an in-office role in Bandra West

Nice to have

- After Effects / motion graphics
- You've already played with AI video tools
- Thumbnail and static design
- You shoot as well as edit

The details

- ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month, depending on what your work shows us
- Monday to Friday, in-office at Bandra West. Occasional Saturdays during heavy campaign weeks
- All software and AI tools provided — HiggsField and the rest of our stack. You don't pay for your own tools here
- Working directly with the founders. Your edits get approved or killed the same day, by the person who decides

Why this job and not another one Most editors cut in the dark. You send the file, it goes somewhere, and you never find out if it worked.

Here you see the numbers. Retention graphs, watch-through, follows per post, what the hook did in the first three seconds. We audit our content performance seriously and you'll be in those conversations. Six months of that will make you a sharper editor than three years anywhere that just says "looks good, ship it."

And the work has weight. The videos you cut are how someone in Nashik or Kochi finds out they can earn from expertise they already have. That's a real thing to point at.
